HydrOxi Pro® Carpet Cleaning Polymer 6-in-1 concentrated formula combines the cleaning and deodorizing power of Hydrogen Peroxide with the anti-resoiling capabilities of an encapsulating polymer. This unique formulation helps reduce contamination associated with indoor pollution without the build-up of sticky residue or high V.O.C. solvents. The result is a process that leaves your carpet cleaner than ever and fights re-soiling by encapsulating residual cleaning agents and soils in a hard, brittle polymer

Hydroxi Pro® Carpet Cleaning Polymer™ combines the cleaning and deodorizing power of Hydrogen Peroxide with the anti-resoiling capabilities of an encapsulating polymer. This unique formulation helps reduce contamination associated with indoor air pollution without the buildup of sticky residue or high V.O.C. solvents. The result is a process that leaves your carpet cleaner than ever and fights re-soiling by encapsulating residual cleaning agents and soils in a hard, brittle polymer. The encapsulated soils and polymer are removed with the next vacuuming of the carpet. There are four Carpet Cleaning Methods. METHOD ONEMeasure 10 oz. of Carpet Cleaning Polymer ™ and pour into a utility pump-up sprayer. Fill with hot water, mix and build up compression.
METHOD TWONormal Extraction: Add 2 oz. per gallon of Carpet Cleaning Polymer Concentrate to your solution tank and fill with hot water. Extract as normal. Since you do not use a preconditioner or agitation with Method Two, overall cleaning will not be as effective as Method One. METHOD THREEBonnet Cleaning: Mix Carpet Cleaning Polymer at 10 oz. per gallon of water. Soak bonnet, removing excess solution. Lightly pre-spray carpet, allowing 10 minutes dwell time, then bonnet clean, as normal. A clean mop bucket and wringer works well here. METHOD FOURDry Agitation Cleaning: Mix Carpet Cleaning Polymer at 10 oz. per gallon of water. Pre-spray carpet (400 sq. ft. per gallon of RTU dilution) that’s a 20’ x 20’ area. Agitate into the carpet with a carpet rake in two directions. (For best results, agitate with a counter-rotating brush action, let carpet area dry for 24 hours and vacuum thoroughly.) Heavy Browning Areas: Mix Carpet Cleaning Polymer at 20 oz. per gallon of water and pre-spray browned areas thoroughly, followed by extraction with clean water. Get the area dry. It’s a winning combination! For Extra-Strength Spotting, Core introduces New! Hydroxi Pro® Encapsulating Spotter™. Its unique formula offers the same revolutionary polymer technology as Carpet Cleaning Polymer™, however it contains additional hydrogen peroxide, orange oil and wetting agents to handle the toughest situations. Encapsulating Spotter™ removes tea, coffee, soft drinks, urine, juice, food, urine and blood, in addition to deodorizing while you clean. Encapsulating Spotter™ is color-safe, surface-safe and exceeds carpet mill guidelines. Here are some techniques to save time and labor:
Note: A simple alligator clip and cord attached to your belt works great for picking up the blotter for the next spot, not to mention it saves your back. If you are extracting, apply Encapsulating Spotter™, as in the first and second steps, to all spots and agitate with a brush or a carpet rake. Normal extraction will remove any residue. Petroleum-based spots like tar, heavy grease and gum may require the use of Core’s specialty spotters for problem spots and stains. Ask your Core representative for the recommended product. NEW! Hydroxi Pro® Carpet Cleaning Polymer™ and Encapsulating Spotter™ are the only carpet cleaning program you will ever need. Spotter Series : Cleaning By Colors™ : Odor Control : Specialty Products |
